The way we did dive bombers in training we went down arched our back as far as we could and then kind of reversed it rather than just going back up. o-o I kinda don’t know how to work it. e-o I guess either way is fine though.

@TeeJ225 Planks are hard, but they get easier the more you do them. I used to have to hold for a minute with a weight on my back…. 10seconds… you can master that in no time at all!!!

For heavy folks the first two exercises is very difficult or even impossible… they will not survive the first set xD
